A few questions about my parakeet? Pictures included.?

I had a Petey, but I always named by parakeets a name that could be either, because it is sometimes hard to tell when they are really young. I had a Billie,(girl), Dickie (girl) Petey (boy). But to me it was hard to tell when they are very young, and they don't care what you call them, they just get used to their name, doesn't matter. Both of the girls liked to take a bath, the boy didn't. Sound familiar, just like kids!
