I am writing Mario Kart: The Movie. Casting Suggestions?

I have Danny DeVito on board as Toad, we're using the character list from Double Dash. So I still have plenty of roles to fill. Also, Michael Richards is Waluigi. I need Mario, Luigi (NO JON LEGUIZAMO/BOB HOSKINS TANDEM), Peach, Daisy, Toadette, Koopa Troopa, Paratroopa, Birdo, Yoshi, Petey Pirhanna (He most likely won't be in it), DK, Diddy Kong, Bowser, (Bowser Jr. won't be in it). So give me your suggestions about who I should cast.
