Is it okay to treat female Marines the same as Male Marines?

In my unit the girls do Petey much nothing. they usually program a radio then hangout in the tent with the data Marines.... They are radio operators, and do not even need to be in the data tent.. While the males are out filling sandbags, setting up wire, and doing our jobs. So when I pick up Corporal is it okay for me to tell them to get up off there butts fill sand bags and move heavy equipment?
