What does low neutrophils, low white blood cell, high lymphocytes, high amylase usually mean in a blood test?

This isn't about me so any answers that say "consult your doctor" aren't useful. My cousin was given the following info and I'm just trying to make sense of it. She will do more testing but not immediately, and in the mean time I am left worrying. Are there any particular illnesses or diseases that follow this prototype? Thanks in advance.
