Xbox live marketplace?

So for the past 4 hours iv'e been trying to add microsoft points to my account but it keeps declining my card,my moms card,and my dads card even when trying to add points on the official xbox site. My friends have been having the same errors. So wtf is going on? can i not add points via credit card anymore?
